Principal Architect
Gary Grant Fletcher leads the Falconis Solutions technical practice, bringing more than two decades of architecture and engineering leadership across national security, justice and critical national infrastructure programmes. A seasoned AWS specialist, Gary brings deep knowledge of platform architecture, DevOps and security domains, underpinned by extensive hands-on delivery experience.
Prior to founding Falconis Solutions, Gary established cloud engineering practices and mobile architecture practices various UK government and blue chip clients through complex migrations, multi-region platform resilience patterns and strategic assurance reviews. He combines pragmatic delivery oversight with hands-on experience across Terraform, serverless architectures, data analytics platforms and zero-trust controls to keep mission services secure and available.
